Do The Tighten Up

Typical of the period, the interior spaces of this modest 1950 garrison were small and separate. The windows and siding were showing signs of age, and the mechanical systems dated.

An open floor plan, new kitchen, and additional windows, create an open-airy feel. Upstairs the primary bedroom was expanded with an en suite bath. The basement, exterior walls, and attic were strategically insulated, and the exterior refinished, including new insulated sheathing, windows, and cedar shingle siding. Photovoltaic panels power new heat pumps, reserve battery, and e-vehicle charger.
